Anders Ericsson

Anders Ericsson is a Conradi Eminent Scholar and Professor of Psychology at Florida State University. He's the expert on the science of expertise. He believes that if we put in the hours, and practice correctly, just about anyone can become better at anything. His work has been cited in bestseller books such as Moonwalking with Einstein (2011) and How Children Succeed (2012). He is also the co-author of Peak: Secrets from the New Science of Expertise (2016).
