Andre Agassi
Andre Agassi is a former world number one tennis player. In singles, Agassi is an eight-time Grand Slam champion, and a 1996 Olympic gold medalist, and a runner-up in seven other Grand Slam tournaments. Agassi retired from tennis in 2006. He's now turned his attention to education and dedicates his time to the Andre Agassi College Preparatory Academy, which improves the lives of at-risk children in his hometown, Las Vegas, Nevada. His autobiography, Open (2009), is an engaging story of his remarkable life.
