Desmond Tutu
Archbishop Emeritus of South Africa, Desmond Tutu, is a Nobel Peace Prize recipient and a civil rights activist. He was an opponent of the oppressive apartheid regime in South Africa, and fought for racial reconciliation. His work teaches us about the importance of joy, caring for humanity, compassion, and spirituality. He's an author of several books, including Book of Joy (2016) and The Book of Forgiving (2014).
