Elena Aguilar

Elena Aguilar has over 25 years of experience as a teacher and instructional coach. She aims to provide insights and strategies to help teachers cope better with adversity, care for their well-being, and help students thrive in the classroom. In addition to Onward (2018), she has also written four other books, two of which include The Art of Coaching (2013) and The Art of Coaching Teams (2016). She is also the founder of Bright Morning Consulting, an international education, coaching, and consulting firm that brings new learning practices to organizations to help build resilience within schools and communities.
