Martin E.P. Seligman
Martin Seligman is a psychology professor at the University of Pennsylvania. He is known as the founding father of positive psychology, a movement that promotes the theory of well-being within the social science community. He's also a former chair of the American Psychological Association. Seligman has written multiple bestselling books, including Learned Optimism (1991), Authentic Happiness (2002), and Flourish (2011).
