Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi

Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi is Claremont Graduate University's Distinguished Professor of Psychology and Management. He recognized and named the psychological concept of flow, a highly focused mental state conducive to productivity. He's described as a global leader in research on positive psychology, creativity, and motivation. His bestsellers include Flow (1990), Creativity (1996), and Finding Flow (1997).
