Pema Chödrön

Pema Chödrön is an American Buddhist nun and one of the foremost students of Chögyam Trungpa, the renowned meditation master. She is also the author of several best-selling books, including The Wisdom of No Escape (1991), Starts Where You Are (2015), and The Places That Scare You (2001).
