Thomas Colin Campbell
Thomas Colin Campbell is a Professor Emeritus of Nutritional Biochemistry at Cornell University, specializing in nutrition and health. He's best known for his advocacy of a low-fat, whole-food, plant-based diet. He co-authored The China Study (2005) with his son, Thomas M. Campbell II, which became a best-seller, and also wrote two additional nutrition-based books, Whole (2013) and The Low-Carb Fraud (2014). Campbell was featured in the popular, 2011 American documentary Forks Over Knives.
